Der Weltcup Auftakt der Nordischen Kombinierer in KUUSAMO- Finnland findet am 30.11 statt. Janis wird am 21.11 mit der italienischen Nationalmannschaft nach Finnland aufbrechen um noch einige Trainingseinheiten auf Schnee zu absolvieren und sich zu akklimatisieren um dann für das erste Weltcuprennen optimal vorbereitet zu sein.

With the kickoff of both the World Cup and the Continental Cup coming closer and closer, the Italian Ski Federation has named their teams for the openers in Kuusamo, Finland and Soldier Hollow/Utah Olympic Park, USA.
Armin Bauer, Samuel Costa, Alessandro Pittin, Lukas Runggaldier and Mattia Runggaldier will travel to Lapland and compete internally for the four open Italian starting places. The five will also travel on to Lillehammer, Norway for the second weekend of World Cup.
After that, Samuel Costa will travel on the the USA to score points for Italy in the Continental Cup which begins at Soldier Hollow / Utah Olympic Park. He will be joined by his teammates Guiseppe Michielle and Manuel Maierhofer.
